Comment: Jean and I have lived in Northern Virginia since getting married in 1965. We have two children and Three Grand Daughter. Our Grand Daughters are ages 7, 10 and 13; needless to say they are the light of our life. We have attended First Baptist Church of Woodbridge Virginia for 40 years and during that time we both have held various jobs within the Church. Truly God has blessed us with a great family, good friends and good health. Since retiring from Citibank after 35 years of service I have had the pleasure of working for the Bailey Family Foundation. The mission of foundation is to promote Post Second Education. Fortunately, the schools of Mercer County participate in the scholarship program of the foundation and have received over $200,000 in scholarship.

Comment: Married Steve Epperly (Blue Chords fame) 48 years. Son - Mark Epperly (graduate of Radford University) currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Received BS Education from Concord University and Masters in Counseling from Radford University. Taught English for 12 years and was Guidance Director at Tazewell High School for 13 years. Early retirement from Tazewell County and became Director of Student Support Services for 12 years and Vice President for Student Affairs at Bluefield State College for 2 years. Crowned Miss WV in 1961. Semi-finalist (No. 7) in Miss USA contest. Homecoming Queen at Randolph Macon 1961. Beta Sigma Phi Valentine Queen. Have had the opportunity to travel to Europe 6 times and learned so much.
